Irish Mist

Chocolate Lace adds an elegant touch to this delicious, quick fix dessert.

Ingredients:

1 four serving size box instant pistachio pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
4 ounces refrigerated, non dairy whipped topping
16 vanilla wafers

With wire whisk, mix pistachio pudding mix with milk. Whip for 2 minutes. Allow to sit for five minutes. Add whipped topping. Whisk until well blended. Place one vanilla wafer into bottom of 8 individual serving bowls. Top with pudding mixture. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Before serving, top each bowl with a portion of chocolate lace. Add vanilla wafer. Makes 8 servings.
